


Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Client Engagement teams to ensure compliance with applicable rules and laws governing the title insurance and escrow industries.Create, manage, and maintain compliance monitoring programs and periodic testing procedures across these departments, evaluate risks, identify improvements to processes and controls, support the implementation of process changes, and create and maintain appropriate documentation. Serve as in-house compliance counsel to support our title and escrow operations on a wide variety of matters related to real property law, escrow rules and procedures, and title insurance underwriting.
